How to Apply

  1. Register for a Peanut Pupper online account or sign in if you already have one. (To create a new account, please enter your email address on the sign-in page. If you do not already have an account connected to the email address you enter, doing this will create an account for you.)
  2. Review the verification requirements below.
  3. Black out sensitive information from your documents, such as social security numbers or specific medical diagnoses, prior to sending copies to us.
  4. Fill out the Assistance Program application and upload your documents.

We try to review and respond to all applications within 5-7 business days.

Verification Requirements

US Military Veteran

To qualify for veteran assistance, the applicant must show proof of service with honorable discharge (a general discharge under honorable conditions is also accepted). Please note: this discount applies only to veterans. We cannot extend this offer to family members of veterans.

Please provide a scanned copy of one (1) of the following documents:

  • DD-214 (or equivalent discharge and separation paperwork)
  • State-issued photo ID card with a veteran classification

* We are unable to accept any form of military ID, including DOD or VA cards, as federal law prohibits copying for commercial purposes.

Long-Term Disability

To qualify for long-term disability assistance, applicants must provide confirmation by a doctor or a government agency, as we are not in a position to determine which conditions qualify as disabilities.

Please provide a scanned copy of one (1) of the following documents:

  • Signed certification letter from a medical doctor or government agency stating long-term or permanent disability
  • Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) income award letter OR current benefit statement OR update to benefit statement

Low Income Household

To qualify for low-income assistance, applicants must either show an adjusted gross income below 138% of the federal poverty level or be an eligible recipient of Supplemental Security Income (SSI).

Please provide a scanned copy of one (1) of the following documents or sets of documents:

  • Filed US tax return form 1040 or 1040-SR (current or most recent year)
  • SSI award letter OR current benefit statement OR update statement
  • Current SNAP/EBT card AND state-issued photo ID card
  • Current Medicaid card AND state-issued photo ID card

Terms and Conditions

  1. The Assistance Program provides a 60% discount on all salve and tincture products and 50% on all Peanut Pupper pet products. Bundle offers and branded merchandise are not discounted.
  2. The program offer is subject to a $200 monthly spending cap (before sales tax and shipping). Once the cap has been reached, all products are sold at normal prices until the cap resets on the first day of each month.
  3. Program discount codes may only be used by and for qualifying individuals or households. They may not be used to purchase products for other people or to resell our products elsewhere.
  4. Assistance Program discounts cannot be combined with other coupons, including discounts for autoship orders.
  5. Purchases made prior to acceptance into the Peanut Pupper Assistance Program are not eligible for retroactive discounts.
  6. At this time, we only accept applications from customers residing within the 50 US states and DC.
